The NBA All-Star Game is back to give you yet another explosive weekend. The game will be held in San Francisco this year from February 14. It’s a three-day event, so you know it’s got your weekend sorted.

The game was first held in 1951 making it one of the oldest Basketball events to exist. It has been held annually since then. This year though, the format is a little different. There won’t be the usual East vs West match-up, instead, four teams will compete in two semi-finals followed by a final with the winning teams. So without wasting any more time, let’s tell you all you need to know about the event.

Three teams will feature all-star performers and the fourth team will have some of the best young talents. The teams were drafted by the TNT’s NBA analysts, Kenny Smith, Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal. The teams will be coached by Mark Daigneault and Kenny Atkinson. Here is the full list of teams.

Team Kenny: Anthony Edwards, Cade Cunningham, Darius Garland, Evan Mobley, Jalen Brunson, Jalen Williams, Jaren Jackson Jr. and Tyler Herro.

Team Chuck: Alperen Sengun, Donovan Mitchell, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Karl-Anthony Towns, Nikola Jokic, Pascal Siakam, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Victor Wembanyama.

Team Shaq: Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, James Harden, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, Kevin Durant, LeBron James and Stephen Curry.

The fourth team will be called Team Candance in the name of Candace Parker, who is the general manager of the winning team of the Rising Stars Challenge.
